We have come a long way since our initial release on Nov 30th with hundreds of items, many fun vehicles to find, and many properties to own and businesses to run.  Worked out the kinks and moved on to bigger and better things with content updates and big plans for the future.  

Many New Items

Find or buy 70 new items to bring home and fix up. Resell your new items or keep them to spruce up your home.

New Stores

Looking for a certain item to finish off that decor? Head downtown to the furniture or appliance store.

The new stores only sell good quality items at a high mark up. Poor quality and high quality items can be found around town.

New Vehicles

2 new kids vehicles can be found around town.

Custom Flower Wheels

• Can only be obtained one time per game.
• Must complete required task for the owner to sell to you.

Other Vehicle

A rare item that can be obtained multiple times.

Back up Cam

Hitch those trailers with more ease.

The camera will switch on reverse.

Economy

• Customers are less likely to buy over priced items.
• Cannot counter offer higher than the original asking price when a customer low balls you.
• Decreased chances of finding high quality items.
• Items that are not yet on display at yard sales and markets come at an initial 10% discount. (down from 15%)

Other

• Lamps and fireplaces can be turned on and off when fully cleaned and repaired.
• Customers are less likely to buy an item if they are not close to the item.
